Am I a complete freak or not, but all of this is great. I think football in places like Mongolia, Guam, Palau etc is much more interesting than Brazil, Italy or England. Those lads play out of love for the game and for their pride and don't care about the losses. THAT is the true football spirit, not the big stars who only go out on the pitch when they get paid. I must be unnormal or so because most people laugh at my views, but I could read for hours about football in all these places. Damn, I'd love to visit Guam or Palau and have a look at their stadiums, find out more about the leagues... Anyway: Guam is a member of the East Asia football conference and they have an information page on their website, with a picture of the national team. Guamster, in case you are from Guam or know much about the place, could you please send me a PM? Just would like to ask a few things about the island. Pacific always interested me a lot. Other people who know a bit off it may PM as well of course
Not unnatural or freaky ... I'm much the same way. Of course, part of that could be being raised on national team games instead of club games.
true.. reps to you, they play for the fun and love of the game, not for million dollar contracts in the Premier League, or Serie A, or La Liga..
How refreshing to see some people who actually care about the smaller countries and are not complaining that they are allowed to participate. This is exactly the kind of attitude which has enabled the NF-Board to announce its first World Cup for non-FIFA nations next year. Greetings to all
HAGATNA, Guam: The Guam Football Association (GFA) has received a big boost from local businesses with six companies donating more than $680,000 in cash and in-kind services to the association. "It's the largest contribution a sports federation on Guam has ever received," GFA President Richard Lai said after the agreement signings. "The GFA is pleased and will continue to do a good job of upgrading the soccer facility (at the Guam sports complex). Our immediate plan is to work around the two FIFA-regulated fields we have in Harmon. We want to work on those unplayable fields and make them playable by January. We would like to have our youth games there. Our goal is to centralize all the soccer leagues in one location." The sponsoring companies which have signed agreements ranging from three to seven years are Budweiser, Cars Plus, Gatorade, Guam Shipyard, LeoPalace Resort and Tan Holdings Corporation. http://www.the-afc.com/english/media/default.asp?mnsection=media§ion=newsDetails&newsID=3885

People in this topic had a huge problem in just getting some of there results. And your asking for there players and there clubs? Lol.
They got a website , www.guamfootball.com , missing info about the men`s national team . Website mostly about the local league and youth football.
