    Jemal deserves the red card for that push.

    Actually Tunisia should have been down - the GK should be off for fouling ETo'o.

    Matches against Tunisia not counted. Zambia win ahead of Cameroon.

    Zambia, Cameroon, and Gabon each won 1 match and lost 1 match amongst each other. When removing all matches concerning Tunisia, all three countries have a goal differential of 0; Zambia scored and allowed 4 goals, Cameroon scored and allowed 3 goals, and Gabon scored and allowed 2 goals. So you have: 1. Zambia 2. Cameroon 3. Gabon. 4. Tunisia

    Quarter Finals:

    Zambia vs. Nigeria

    Egypt vs. Cameroon

    No it's zambia-egypt and cameroon-nigeria. Since they both have the same number of pts they look at head to head between the two teams and not goal difference. Since cameroon beat zambia they are first.

    You have to remember, there are 3 TEAMS TIED WITH SAME NUMBER OF POINTS.

    Zambia, Cameroon, and Gabon each won 1 match and lost 1 match amongst each other. When removing all matches concerning Tunisia, as per the tiebreaker criteria, all three teams have a goal differential of 0. Zambia scored and allowed 4 goals, Cameroon scored and allowed 3 goals, and Gabon scored and allowed 2 goals. So Zambia wins the group because of the number of goals scored in the matches between the teams concerned.

    Tie-breaking criteria

    If two or more teams end the group stage with the same number of points, their ranking is determined by the following criteria:

    1. points earned in the matches between the teams concerned;
    2. goal difference in the matches between the teams concerned;
    3. number of goals scored in the matches between the teams concerned;
    4. goal difference in all group matches;
    5. number of goals scored in all group matches;
    6. fair play points system taking into account the number of yellow and red cards;
    7. drawing of lots by the organising committee.

    Using the tiebreakers for the THREE teams tied with 4 points each, Zambia, Cameroon, and Gabon, they are equal on 1. (3 pts each). Equal on 2. (0 GD). Equal on 3. (3 goals each on HTH results). Equal on 4. (0 gd in all matches) On 5. ZAM wins (4 goals overall) but CMR and GAB are still equal. As there is no "go back if you separate one team of three" provision in the rules we need to go to criteria 6. - Fairplay (Cameroon > Gabon). So in this case, we have:
    1. Zambia
    2. Cameroon
    --------------------
    3. Gabon
    4. Tunisia

    Quarter Finals:

    Egypt vs. Cameroon

    Zambia vs. Nigeria

    This information was confirmed by the Hosts (Angola), official CAF website, Eurosport, and Wikipedia.

    Neither is this Egypt side. Did you watch the Mozambique game? They only won it thanks to a freak own goal. Before that it was Mozambique all the way. This Cameroon side looks much better than this Egypt side...
