Yeah, you're supposed to roam the field, attack the opposing box from various angles, provide excellent link-up play with your fellow attacking teammates, oftentimes providing lay-off passes for incoming midfielders to shoot and try to score their own goals, because theirs are worth more. It's like a 3 pointer.
Interesting how the term poacher is painted as to mean "not skilled." Sure, put in any NASL striker where Chich is and they'll tap them all in Yet, his ability to score has remained on every team he's been on, including international duty...
At this point anyone who uses the term 'poacher' to belittle his impact on the field is just intent on trolling/hating. I don't know why that's still even being debated. He had a rough patch, and it probably won't be his last or even his worst- but if this kid has shown anything it is that he is resilient and he will work through it and come out the better for it.

Kid is very good with a bit of space in front of him but his impact diminishes when he has to create his own space. Gotta score every once in a while if you're in contention for regular starter minutes at a club like Dortmund in his position. Reading his thread though....you would think Pulisic is Dortmund's best attacker. I don't really watch many Dortmund games but what I've seen doesn't quite match up with those opinions.

85 percent of our success has been accidental or organic - good players in this country persevere - they are not produced - uh oh I said it https://t.co/YcoRsbBsLQ— Eric Wynalda (@EricWynalda) February 19, 2017
The worse its ussoccer97531 like always. I also was worried about Mexico after the 1st game but the last line after the Panama game and after posting this gem: This is pure BULLSHIT. They didn't played them off the pitch. They lost to a 10 guy Panama and it was a just win. I was at that game and there was no play where they would have win. The last minutes when they were finally under control, it looked liked they might have time for a tie but that's it. They weren't winning that game with how shit was playing. Every american fan I saw knew it, it's insane that this guy thought this. He's the DUMBEST.
It's from the Unpopular thread bu this is HOF stupid spazzoing And then when called out he doubled down on it somewhat. I love the on paper we're better than South Korea when South Korea should have beat them had Friedel and terrible misses not happened.
Funny how they bring up the referee vs Germany but omit the refereeing in the prior game. I'm sure McBride committed a handball that should have been awarded a pk. They have some of the most obnoxious fanbase.
I was in 6th grade during the 2002 world cup I remember waking up dumbass early to watch that game I went to school with my Mexico jersey and even my English teacher brought it up, "What happened to Mexico buddy??" Talk about dagger to the heart. Cos to them it was just another day. The world cup, futbol in its existence, meant nothing to people here in the states. This was my passion, my joy, my everything. And the gringos beat us at our own game. Why does Mexico break our hearts every 4 years?
It's been over 14 years but I still can not watch highlights/clips from that game against the Nads in the WC
I have it on VHS somewhere in a box in a closet. One day I'm going to find a VHS player in a resale shop, buy it, and watch the game for the second time ever and try to figure out what in the fck happened that night.
Referring to César Ramos - one of Liga MX's (best league in the region by far) leading referees; proclaimed 14th best referee in the world by IFFHS. I guess it's sketch if it's not American.
Didn't see the game (watched Peru/Uruguay instead) but Cesar Ramos sucks. If he's one of the best, it's because Liga MX referees suck now.
