Just created this thread to thank Pavel Nedved, the great Juventino legend that will be greatly missed. Good Luck and Thank You! Grazie Pavel! Please feel free to post any comments, videos and pictures of him.
damn trip back in memory lane....feels like yesterday when i last saw him play when games used to be on fox soccer channel
Last night saw the opening of docu-film Juventus Story, which recounts the clubs 120 year history, and Nedved spoke backstage about his season in Serie B. “Looking back I am very happy to have faced this experience, because we have earned respect, not only as footballers but as men. This was great because we appreciated everything about it, not only our fans, but also the others. “People pointed out that some of us were World Champions who were playing in the stadiums of Serie B. We were playing for Juve and it did not matter much, when you wear that shirt you go to fight."
BTW, here is one youngster that gets it: http://www.football-italia.net/92795/dybala-juve-changed-my-life
I hope Gigi ends up being a part of the team like Nedved has after retirement. I would love to see Gigi be the coach...i can see him be a great motivator like he's been a captain.
Here is someone who chose another path and should be a "legend" but isn't all because of his own actions. It makes people like Nedved and the other Immortals stand out even more: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...m_medium=referral&utm_campaign=programming-UK
