Congrats to Gores. He tore it up during the Carolina Challenge Cup two years ago. then the leg break in the last minute of the last game put him out all that season. Last year he got some limited minutes but Im not sure he was 100% physically or mentally. A break like that is hard to come back from.

I hope he does well and we see him in the Battery jersey once again. If he can regain his form he will be one of the top defenders in this league.

The all ups are mostly college player, but the actual roster will probably compose of a little over the half of players from collage and the rest from the USL 1 (its no longer the A- League, thats a league in Australia now), the bult of who are nationalized.

Is that how he got on the national team. I always thought it was cause one of his parents is Puerto Rican.

    Hello.

I wonder what kind of shape Chris Gores will be in for the match. He has logged all of about two minutes for Team Wellington in the NZFC for their first match in early November and hasn't been in the gameday squad since.

Hoping he does well, nontheless, I remain

Gores didnt not play against Bermuda, he was in the bench during the entire game. Theres a strong probability he will play next game since the coach is still trying to decied the final roster and is still testing players, but Coach Clarke tend to run a very military type training, player in the islanders have passed out during his trainings, so he must be in good form to be in his game day roster.

Team Wellington is a team in the New Zealand Football Championship, New Zealand's top pro league:

I just notice two charleston players will face each other in tomorrows friendly, Puerto Rican Chris Gores will face T&T's Toussant, Toussant will also face rivals PR Islander's Noh Delgado, Petter Villegas, Josh Saunders, Marco Velez, and Seattle's Taylor Graham

    Dear Mr. Gores:

If Toussant gets by you, please just grab his shirt.....don't crush him. ;)

    Hello.

From most of the Thunder players who I've talked to who have played over there, the level of play is about a half-step or so below USL DIv. 1.

Guessing that the NZFC's next expansion team will be Hobbiton FC, I remain

Match ends 2-2. Apparently all PR in the 1st half, all TnT in the 2nd. No report on any possible injuries.
