Good Year in Baltimore

    Yes, this is self-congratulatory........ but Baltimore Armour U17 and U19 both made Academy playoffs (not bad for non-MLS academy) and Baltmore Celtic U18 and U19 won USYSA National Championships.
    Pretty good year for the area. All those kids from both organizations know each other and played on similar teams at earlier age groups.

    It's good to see that USYSA and USSDA can co-exist and have both have success.

    Lots of D1 talent at Celtic on both teams (3 at MD, Northwestern, Penn, Penn State, several UMBC, KY, GW, Delaware, Villanova, Navy, Air Force, several Mt St. Mary's etc.).

    If Baltimore could ever get beyond the in-fighting, this is a city that could climb to even higher levels.
    Congrats to Celtic club.Of note Celtic had less success in Boys ECNL (US Club soccer) at older ages, perhaps signifying a shift of the better clubs toward a more competitive US Club platform.
