And he doesnt mean it in a way to offend the USMNT...hes just saying that USA got a lucky call against Canada....that doesnt mean canada is better.
Re: Final Match-Mexico v USA [R] You have to admit that this tourney has been an offense to the intelligence of the analytical, and has cast more light onto the conspiracy theory that this final is fixed (in some sort of way). I'm not saying that it's true, I do believe these are the two strongest teams in the CONCACAF, but seeing the games, and the crazy calls the refs have made so far, keep pulling me to call this tourney rubbish. I am boycotting this final, and I think many others should do the same. I will be one less "+" rating for the corporate dicks who run our confederation. Perhaps I should start a "Football Justice" group?
Re: Final Match-Mexico v USA [R] I agree with hoping that the best team wins and that the referee's have no bearing on the outcome of the final. It seems like referee's continue to dictate a match's result instead of letting the players decide the match on the field. I understand that not every call is going to be right, and to error is only human, but ref's need to be smarter when calling a game. I also think this problem occurs more on the international level as oppossed to the club level. Watching the different leagues all year, yeah there are some bad calls, but in most cases these calls do not affect the outcome of a match and the game's in my opinion are called fairly. Oh to have an EPL or La Liga referee for this final. Does anyone know who are the referee's for the Final?

The Mexicans are known hotheads and the ticos went out to get a reaction, and it didnt work. Same will go for Landon this weekend, aparently he thinks hes ous pappy. I see an injury if he even plays, or at least some sort of cut. Beleive it, Im not one for people getting hurt, but the fruitcake has crossed the line.
Re: Final Match-Mexico v USA [R] How good or bad was the referee for the MEX-CR game has nothing to do with the US-CAN game. I don't understand how a call made by a referee four days before changes your opinion about what happened at the end of the US-CAN game. It was a legitimate Canadian goal... period. Anyway, I think the final will be a great game not so much because of the team's quality but because of the (sport) rivalry between the two. I can't wait for Sunday!
