CONCACAF had warned FG not to lineup ineligible players prior to the tournament so frankly, it's their own fault. The guys on Univision and Televisa were going on about the same thing. There's not much positives to get out from this squad regardless of the rotations... Cubo and Barragán can't score to save their lives... Elías is not a team player, he wants glory for himself... This team needs more leaders... Period..
Seems like the teams are trying to stick it Osorio at this point. The US asked for backups and seems to be getting them. America, Chivas, and Tigres said NO to los refuerzos.
Oribe and Damn already were at an INTL tournament this summer. Osorio knew that would've been a reach...
In certain areas there isn't a lineup that works. The forwards aren't going to improve or at least not enough. Supposedly he only asked for Damm and Oribe because that is the area where they are needed.
