Blake, Mattocks, Taylor, Watson, Miller, and Powell are the only holdovers from the 2015 GC squad. Of these players, only Mattocks and Watson played against the USA in the 2015 semi-final. Blake rode the bench the entire 2015 tournament. He was healthy, just didn't get to play. 3rd GK all tournament. Miller started at GK during the group stage, but then got hurt and was replaced by Ryan Thompson (who was on the prelim squad for this tournament but didn't make it). Powell walked out on the team before the end of the group stage because he wasn't playing as much as he liked. Taylor got hurt during the group stage and was replaced by Michael Hector, who isn't in this squad. So, in short, this is a completely different team.
