I think I must have misspoke. Though for some reason I thought I remembered reading that the attacker was cautioned for doing this. Basically under either “fails to respect distance” or “delaying the restart”. Now I can’t find it though. I’ll look a bit more but I probably just got typing too fast and let my mind get away from me.
