Dye his hair and give him a funny mustache and .... nm tbh i like a manager who is passionate about winning and isn't affraid to call out players, who are not performing or running there mouths. We have been in need of a manager with a backbone for some time. So things are looking up imo.
Trapattoni Praises "Beautiful" Ireland Team New Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni hailed his side’s performance against Serbia in Dublin as “beautiful”, as well as praising the Irish mentality after the 1-1 draw with Serbia in Croke Park. http://goal.com/en-us/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=709918
Great first win for Trap! Keane gives Trapattoni first win http://www.fifa.com/worldfootball/news/newsid=782936.html
Trap knows how Italy play and even though many of the guys will be new as opposed to when he coached Italy in 2004, If anyone can beat Italy, it may be Ireland. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_F...on_-_UEFA_Group_8#Italy_v_Republic_of_Ireland
I think you'll find the answer to that is definitely Holland, almost Romania and by Tuesday, perhaps France.
Exactly but forget about the Euros becuase they are eliminated . I'm actually talking about the upcoming WCQ matches. We all know this Italy is done and many of these guys will not be on the roster in the fall. Italy will regroup and they shouldn't have too difficult a time in the WCQ. Ireland, Bulgaria are their only competition in the group and I have my doubts about Bulgaria...Bulgaria If they lose to Cyprus,Georgia & Montenegro it will be the end of Italian football. I doubt that will happen.... Italy Republic of Ireland Bulgaria Cyprus Georgia Montenegro
