I got 4 tix in the Metrostars.com deal for opening day.

They are going to be waiting for me at Will Call at Gate C. Now the only time I have done htis before was for the USA-Jamaica / Metros - Milan double header, and the will call line was dreadfully awful.

Question is, how bad will it most likely be this time. I assume not nearly as bad as that day.

How early should I get there? 30 minutes before kick off? And when is kickoff, some sources say 7 and others 730. Thanks SO MUCH!

You only need 30 minutes for the will call line. That being said....
I would show up around 4:00 to start tailgating.

Freddy Adu is going to be at the game?

I got tickets at will call that game too. Didn't even get in until 20+ minutes in at Wolff's goal. Incompetent ****ers

First of all, what is tailgating? You guys always mention on these here boards. I don't know if I can though, since I am introducing 3 friends to MLS with this game, and they will only be able to come around 7ish.

As for Freddy Adu coming to the game, well, yes it is true. I am trying to scout which teams I would most like to play for in 2 years. Giving the Metros and the Crew a shot here. Better impress me!

Tailgaiting is eating and drinking, often barbecue and alcohol, in the parking lot before a game. You should bring a soccer ball or football and play in the parking lot.

I like this Freddie chap. He is young, dark, and plays sexy football.

    Cheers.
