Fährmann is still a decent keeper and not too old, but it's always good to see a youth option given the vote of confidence to go ahead and be the new starter that way. Rather concern about Havertz’s progress He is being converted into an “8” , he is just very unluck that he is having some bad coaches throughout his career He has limited time going forward now, because coach always plays with just one defensive midfielder and he has to drop back often for the protection in midfield He doesn’t attack the box as much as he used to. If he gets into the box more, maybe Volland will find it a lot easier to perform as well. Now Volland needs to deal with two CBs which isn’t an easy task. If Havertz goes into the box more as a SS/AM, Volland will have more chance doing one-versus-one. Can create space too Converting Havertz into an “8” is a big concern.
