    Was wondering ..........is striker a big issue with all our youth NTs?

    We only have Amenyido (who is already a poor striker, saw it in U19 Euro this summer) n no one else? Where is Christopg Daferner nowadays?

    U19 we have Wintzheimer n Yari Otto, and the latter isnt even a starter in Wolfsburg's youth team (i personally dont think he will have anything to do with Bundesliga);

    U18 we might have Fiete Arp but who else?

    U17 we have to play false 9 like Cakar, Grimm n Ole Pohlmann has played wing all season.

    I think the striker issue is just getting worse n worse n worse.

    U17 can consider Malik Memisevic. He hasn't chosen Bosnia yet.

    I think he's a good talent, n has many awards from various tournaments (top scorer n MVP in this years U16 Freeway Cup)

    But looks like the Bosnian descent always Choose Bosnia ahead of Germany.

    Kolasinac n Burnic have both chosen Bosnia instead. Let's hope Memisevic from Werder Bremen isn't another one

    Good move for Abu Hanna to get experience, and just as I predicted to replace Koch.

    Jabez Makanda , a Angola born German striker, is having a good season so far. 6 goals in 4 games

    he is born in 2001, an age group with no centre forward in our U17 national team. Hope he will have his chance later.

    Doubt thats his real age though

    Joel Abu Hanna:

    https://www.rheinpfalz.de/sport/fus...-abu-hanna-beginnt-mission-weiterentwicklung/

    Abu Hanna ist als Perspektivspieler in eine eh schon junge Mannschaft gekommen. Er hat sich „kein Zeitlimit gesetzt“, bis wann er die Rollen gewechselt haben und Stammspieler sein möchte. „Ich bin jung und muss noch viele Dinge verbessern“, sagt der 19-Jährige, „aber ich fühle mich gewappnet, robust genug, sonst hätte ich diesen Schritt auch nicht vollzogen.“ Zudem: „Mir war bewusst, dass ich in eine junge, entwicklungsfähige Mannschaft komme. Jung bin auch ich, und auch ich möchte weiterkommen. Das waren auch mit die entscheidenden Punkte, warum ich nach Kaiserslautern gekommen bin.“

    Question: This thread is nearly 500 pages long, perhaps it't time to open a new one?
