assuming they get relegated after Horn/Hector between the youth of Bisseck, Ozcan, Klunter, Horn, Handwerker. I would like to see Ozcan go to another club instead of going to 2BL. The other youth players might not be horrible if they play in 2BL.

Hany Mukhtar with the assist of the only goal of the game as Brondby beat 1st placed team FC Midtjylland 1-0. The win moves Brondby to 1st place.

    Mukhtar is now at
7 goals and 9 assists in 24 games, fast approaching 20+ goals/assists and even double digits for each of goals and assist separately. Would be nice to see him move back to Germany.

And Reus scores again, his 3rd goal in 4 games in 1BL since he came back. This guys always injured but always comes back as if nothing happened. Class player!!!

    assisted by German Youth Dahoud.

Reus has also scored in his 3rd consecutive game.

Reus/Sane enhances our wings, Werner our striker position, Gundo/Goretzka our midfield.

I think the only thing left to figure out is the fullback backup and our squad is basically set!

    I m thinking of this front 4

    —-Muller—-Oezil—-Sane
    —————Reus

Timo Werner doesn’t convince me as a starting striker yet

you know club football isn't everything, once a player gets to the senior NT there are other factors. I'm sure Low takes into consideration Werner's CC+WCQ+ France/England Friendly performances. He might not have scored against England but he had a good game. If he didn't then tons of players would be axed when they didn't do as well for club. Can't really say 20 goals/assists in the season is not good enough. What other German striker has those numbers?

7 goals and 2 assists in 10 matches is still impressive. Especially given that he scored those 7 goals and 2 assists in his last 7 games.

also in European football this season 5 goals in 8 games. That's a better test than 1BL and it's something Low always brings up, wanting players to perform in Europe>>>>>domestic.

Posted this in the forward thread, but this is for Thommy, who's been playing very well since he joined Stuttgart. Augsburg made a mistake in dumping the 23 year old.

Double assist as Stuttgart comeback from a 1-0 behind to lead 2-1 at HT.

    Assist #1

Pascal Gross with his 8th assist of the season for the winning goal as Brighton beats Arsenal 2-1!!!!!

Younes off the bench for the assist of Ajax's 2nd goal as they lost 3-2. His 2nd assist of the season.

Gross is showing more and more that he really could be the buy of the EPL season.

seems like Gundogan has broken a record, now the EPL player who has completed the most successful passes completed by 1 player.

174 completed passes at a 96% success rate.

after assisting the only goal of the game to take Brondby to 1st place in the Danish Superliga. Hany Mukhtar now scores in a 2-1 win to keep his team at the top of the league.

now at 8 goals and 9 assists in 24 games.

the goal also makes Mukhtar break into the top 10 scoring table and places him at #10.

But in terms of pound-for-pound acquisitions, the signing who has proved the best value for money, the case for Brighton’s £3million man Pascal Gross is growing stronger and stronger by the game.

After supplying Glenn Murray for what proved to be the winner in the Seagull’s 2-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday, the German midfielder has now provided the most assists of any player outside the Premier League’s top six and ranks fifth throughout the entire division for key passes – only overshadowed by Kevin De Bruyne, Mesut Ozil, Christian Eriksen and Cesc Fabregas.

That’s incredibly illustrious company for a 26-year-old who was a relative unknown before arriving in England and suffered relegation from the Bundesliga with Ingolstadt last season, and it also means – including five strikes of his own – Gross has been involved in 46% of the Seagulls’ 28 goals in the top flight this term.

And his influence on Chris Hughton’s side was evident once again on Sunday as they clinched arguably their greatest result in the Premier League so far, the Gunners wilting to another away defeat at the Amex Stadium. In addition to providing Murray with a delicious cross for the second goal, Gross created the most chances and produced the most accurate crosses of any player on the pitch.

Brighton now appear just two more wins away from safety, but it’s unlikely Hughton’s side would be flying so high in the Premier League table right now without making arguably the Premier League’s best value-for-money signing of the season.

looks like Hahn might return to Augsburg if Hamburg get relegated.

in other transfer news, seems like EPL team West Ham are tracking Marvin Ducksch from 2BL. 1st time I see an EPL interested, usually it's Championship teams and 1BL. Still think he's better off getting into 1BL before making any move abroad.
