the 95 RB is born in Germany to Nigerian parents but lived his whole life in Netherlands. Triple national, so far played 1 game for Dutch U21 in a friendly 3 years ago.

    U20 WC update
Italy will play Poland in R16.

    Italy=Alberico
    Poland=Zylla, Stanilewicz, Bednarczyk, Kopacz, Nawrocki

the last German dual is from Korea U20 who will play Japan U20.
Korea=00 GK Kevin Harr, was HSV U19's 2nd GK. Unused in the U20 WC and so far looks to not be provisionally capped by Korea as they have yet to play him in competitive game.

means all the German duals for other countries made at min R16.

the future of Germany, this is from the 00 Kabuya twins from Frankfurt U19. Can't make the dfb, jump ship, type of thing that will shrink the player pool since there are limited spaces in the NT at all levels.

90min: Are there considerations for you, if you are not invited further by the DFB, to play for the Republic of Congo, for which you also have the citizenship?

    Both: Definitely!

Father: That would definitely be an option where you say it's worth considering. The national team is the highest for every footballer. If it does not work for the German team, that's definitely an idea. But there is still some time.

90min: Has the association already approached you?

Father: No, there was no reaction. But that is a bit different than in Germany. Nothing has happened yet.

to me this is bonkers and exactly what's wrong with other countries poaching. I mean calling up a U19 player who's had injury issues and barely played all season to the senior NT. For what purpose other than to permanently cap the player? Your NT won't progress unless you call up pros not youth experienced only kids.

I said it months ago to expect any and all German duals that play at Bayern for other countries will try to poach these players simply due to the Bayern tag and on the possibility that they do manage to make the 1st team, they would be theirs.

I mean the USA called up 01-Hawkins and 01-Butler to camps simply due to Bayern tag and now neither is at the club anymore. And the list of attempts to call up others isn't small either.

also it's a draw for youngsters, with Germany will take forever to make the senior NT because you gotta earn it. For other countries, they upped them to U21 or senior NT very early. Also good chunk of these players tend to not be good enough in their own age groups which is why them and Germany is doubtful.

    he'll become Yalcin's teammate.

Turkish league is rated slightly higher than the Eredivisie. I was hoping Mlapa would come home, feels like he has unfinished business in Germany having never really brokenthrough here.

although to be fair, not every striker is suited for German leagues, which is why I don't get why so many of them stay in Germany when they would easier time in a smaller league 1st.

The season at Venlo was quite a breakthrough for Mlapa, especially considering how he struggled in the previous season at Dresden and he's never scored more than 10 goals in 2BL before. At this point of his career, appears he's being more productive than someone else like Collin Quaner

you mean poached or attempting to poach?

01-Butler and 01-Hawkins, called up by USA. Both gone from Bayern now.
99-T.Tillman numerous USA attempts at poaching
02-M.Tillman, attempts to lure him to USA
00-Pudic called up by Croatia U17
    98-Turkkalesi to Turkey
00-Stanisic, attempt poaching by Croatia but so far prefers Germany
00-Zylla, poached by Poland after playing for Germany
00-Ontuzans called up by Latvia senior NT, likely will get permanent cap tie
99-Shabani, Kosovo/Albania very keen on poaching him from Germany
    01-Mihaljevic another Croatia youth player
    01-Cuni, called up by Albania
94-Wriedt called up by the Ghana Senior NT only due to Jupp playing him in 2 1st team games....
03-Marusic called up by Croatia youth NT
03-Neziri called up by Kosovo youth NT
04-Kabadayi, called up to Turkey U15, once again Turkey calling up strikers from Germany and already at U15 levels.

believe there are a few others where there were attempts from other countries.

and let's not forget Brazil of all countries trying to poach 01-OBM

forgot 00-Evina plays for Cameroon after playing for Germany 1st.

for him, I understand he's born in Cameroon and immigrated to Germany and later on become eligible. Grew up idolizing Cameroonian Legend Eto'o that he wants to represent his country of birth and that of his family makes sense.

96 CB Jonathan Tah is finally permanently cap tied by Germany. It took 3 fricking years for that. Made his debut in Mar 2016 and now it's June 2019. He's starting today vs Belarus in a WCQ, it's his 6th senior NT game, the previous 5 were friendly games.

German mom, Ivory Coast father, born and lived his whole life in Germany and 100% dev in Germany.

Orban a CB scored a brace for Hungary in a 3-1 win over Azerbaijan. Now at 3 goals in 7 games for Hungary.
Azerbaijan had 3 Germans in there in the Dadashov bros and Nazarov.

meanwhile Ayhan scored for Turkey to make it 1-0 vs France. Currently 2-0 for Turkey and the German contingent.

we really at a point where players get called up by other NT just because they are eligible. Seems like more and more countries are aware very early on who the German duals are. It's why they are getting poached earlier and earlier by the season.

so how does a player like Zografakis get called up by Greece U21 for playing in RL? Turkey and other countries do the same calling up RL players in U21. No wonder their U21 doesn't do well calling up RL players and low level ones over ones playing at high level. It's also a lol when some of these countries call up U19 players for U21 NT. Or how I've seen 3-4 countries call up players from U19 to senior NT.

pretty much means if a player gets ignored by Germany enough, they'll jump ship without a second thought. We are at a stage where young players want to play youth NT regardless of patience. Some players say, 1st country to call them up is the one they go for.
