If you didn't have your bill by minute 70 you were too late.

When I first saw your post I thought, "hell, Baharmast must be 80 years old by now." They I looked him up in Wikipedia, he's 4 years younger than me.:eek::eek::eek:

Yeah, bars are one of my main issues at this point. This statement is going to have to change, as someday this is how the whole world will watch TV, but how long it will take and how much a pain it will be is a different matter entirely.

I wonder if they brought up the bar issue. It will make a difference whether or not the team and/or the service starts making phone calls to local bars.

    You would too...
They never gave him the starting job. To be fair her never quite clearly took it... but man, we need some players.

Opare is an adequate defender with atrocious ball skills. Teams would game plan to high press him if had the ball in the back. His only two plays were a backpass to the 'keeper or a punt upfield. To be fair, he obviously recognized his limitations, but you need players all over the field who can find passes and absorb some defensive pressure without the aimless punt or negative backpass.

It's true, it's Bobby Boswell all over again. Teams would be sure to funnel the ball to Opare, almost assuring change of possession.
Still, I've met and talked to this young man on several occasions and will be sad to see him go. Nice person who somehow felt guilty about getting injured. He loved his coach.and teammates, he gave me a new insight into the cult of Olsen that has transpired there over the years.

Considering Birnbaums concussion history and Brilliants failing battle vs Father Time the backup will probably be in line for serious PT

They weren't long conversations, but for example I asked him about his foot, as he was in a boot. He said he would be cleared in two weeks (this was over two months ago, lol) and unprompted he said he's been upset about it b/c the coach and teammates were really pumping him up for a stretch run (we'd talked before so he knew I followed the team closely).

OK, where are they going to find another? I have no problem with the decision that he isn't good enough, but they need players. The only healthy defenders are Mora, Birnbaum, Brillant, Robinson, and the guy we drafted. Add midfielders Durkin and Arriola, and you still only have 7.

I've met him as well, briefly, and he did seem to be a genuine, good dude.

There was an article where they (can't remember who was quoted, maybe Kasper?) said the team planned to make several defensive additions. I think they were just aware that these additions plus his injuries would make PT hard to come by next season. He's probably better off from that perspective, though I don't know if he wants to go where he'll play or not.

So, Richie Williams has been named Loudoun United FC's head coach. That should thrill some of you ;)

Plus, at $71.88 per year, you will be paying $5,99 per month for TWELVE months, when the season lasts 7 to 8 months, accordingly to whether we go to playoffs or not.

Is it confirmed that we must commit to an annual contract? I already hate this deal, but I'm going to hate it even more if they are asking me (a non-STH) to pay $107.88 (12 months x $8.99) vs $71.92 (8 x $8.99).

    I definitely won't do it at nearly $108, and I probably won't at $72.

So short-sighted when trying to grow the sport and local support for your a club.

From what I can tell, that's the (big f....) "deal" for STH, I am not really sure about other situations. I think - but only think - that with the $12.99 / mo. you can discontinue at any time.

This Flo BS should have been complementary for STH since the prices skyrocketed from last year, and something like $5 / mo. for everybody else, and only for the lenght of the season.

All this TV talk has made me wonder if we'd hear anything about a radio deal. Feels like it's been awhile. Does anyone have any insight?
