As a matter of fact, he is a great example of what to do. You have a shit team for many years, with an extremely incompetent FO, in a shit location and you still manage to fill the stadium to 60-70% capacity. Anybody can sell season tickets for Real Madrid. But it takes a real salesperson to sell season tickets for the Chicago Fire.
Most likely anyone from the Fire is there to discuss group sales, not individual sales. We sell season tickets to people who believe in the sport and the market, and group sales. Nothing else.
