Bobby Wood scoring another late goal, again. I know this isn't really Germany's first team, but when can we get some of this action? ;) @MatthausSammer

Hey I predicted that Barcelona would win the Champions League this season, but next season knowing how hard it is too go back-to-back we will get to the Final 4, but either Bayern or Chelsea will win it!!

It was only an away game for half of the US. :)

Seriously though, I keep looking back at that beyond horrendous 2010 WC team and seeing how much this current team has progressed and developed. Before it was 2-3 decent players and a bunch of athletes. Now the squad is mostly filled with players that have some skill and understand the international game. Of course we are no where near being a top team yet. But I like the development a lot.

And that's without Oscar, who'll make you better. (I think he's considerably better than Coutinho).

Agree. I just want to see another winger step up and for the back 4 to be what it was years ago.

The Faroes is a self-governing State within the Kingdom of Denmark, so obviously I'm happy for them ... but still I can feel for the hardships of Greece, so this is also a bit sad though ... the Faroes best players are a reserve player from FC København who has played very few minutes in the Danish Superliga and a mix of players from the Danish 1. Division (2nd level), other Superliga reserves and players from the Faroese leage which is about equal to 4th level in Denmark.... now they have managed to beat Greece both home and away in these qualifiers...

And with that win Italy won't be seeded in the WCQ draw for 2018. Had they won they would have leapfrogged Croatia. And get this, Wales is seeded !!! Despite not making an Euro or WC (I guess they will make it to 2016). Romania are also seeded.

Who said friendlies are meaningless ! :ROFLMAO:

FIFA ranking is crap. How to be Romania in top 10? Last time when we qualified for a WC was long time ago. We were at Euro 2008 after we beat Holland in the qualifiers, but who cares, they defeated us in the WC qualifiers when it really mattered. In these qualifiers the opponents were also bad. And Belgium it's good, but not be in top 3.
