    VAR is a absolute joke.

How? That was the correct call 100%.

If not for Var the correct call would never have been made.

Debatable. Obviously it was ball to arm. So that would leave the part about unnatural position / making yourself bigger as the reason for the PK. I have a problem with some interpretations of "unnatural position" though. In this case, when you jump like that, it's not unnatural to have his arm out like that. So I guess that leaves the part about making yourself bigger by having your arm away from your body.

    Anyways, congrats. Completely unexpected.

Thank you, im still stunned tbh...

I happen to think its slight Karma/justice. In the first leg Kimpembe should have been sent off. He ended up scoring the opening goal at Old Trafford.

Does Tuchel get fired for this?

    I would say no.

They were missing two big attacking pieces of their team. Now, people are saying it was ManU's B team because they had a bunch of injuries / suspension and that's true. However, the win is still an aberration (no offense meant). PSG dominated most of both games. 2 ManU goals in the 2nd leg came from big fuk ups that can't be blamed on coaching. Stupid pass from defender and Buffon coughing a shot up. The 3rd was an unfortunate PK. So I wouldn't sack him for his specifically.

I agree in both regards. Personally, I felt like it was a bit harsh and unintentional. In real time, I bet it wouldn't have been called. However, with VAR, the letter of the law says that was a penalty with the arm away from the body. It may be natural, but it needs to be drilled into to defenders to make a conscious effort to put your arm to your body. If we are using VAR, it was the correct call.

One half of bracket could be ManU, Ajax , Porto , Tottenham after the QF draw . Meaning one of those teams would make the final .

I think that at least a pair of English clubs will draw each other. Granted Liverpool and City have not progressed yet....

an astronomical amount of bola nas costas da Argentina like they were some inexperienced AFC squad or something. It's hasn't been a good time for the two Conmebol powerhouses.

They're worse off than we are. And credit to Venezuela for playing a tactically sound match. I really hope they reach the 2022 World Cup.

Last thing I heard is he clashed with coaches, which never happened with him at Fla. Still frustrating to see the front office content with Rene and didn't even make a serious bid for Jorge.

I’ll watch it again but there’s were about 5 seconds between Messi gaining possession of the ball and then shooting. I saw defenders stand flat footed and motionless for Messi to take aim at goal.
