Some of the passing out of the back and deep midfield was both ballsy and precise. Morishige might have kicked Konno out of the starting lineup.
Hope Kakitani's assist and goal can boost his confidence. Some slick passing (in general) in the second half
Hiroki Sakai also defended well when he was in -- outmuscled a player at one point and made that nice recovery tackle.
one last thing before I go to bed It must be shitty being a right full back having Nagatomo come on the field in the second half lol

I fully endorse the Pikachu-themed kits. You look for every advantage you can and those uniforms have to be a major eyesore for opponents. They're practically visual vuvuzelas.

It was good for Japan to go down early and face some adversity. How they responded, particularly with three goals in the second half is what you want to see out of friendlies. I don't think this team will have any problem at all generating chances in Brazil, finishing those chances is the question mark.
I'm all for the yellow kits too. Whatever it takes to bring back Kagawa's Dortmund form . That goal, to me, was vintage Dortmund-era Kagawa, with Kakitani playing the Lewandowski role. It was great to see him dominate a game like that, after the club season he had, his talent unleashed after a year of Moyes.
Thanks Bigdnm01. But I already knew that. I need the news about the new kits. Is the color of the kits the same with the color of Pikachu? Not really. The kits look more like green while the Pikachu color is obviously yellow. So why did you guys said it's Pikachu-themed kits?
