The Chinese league is improving. They are spending a lot of money. One of their teams Won the Asian Champions League and then went on to defeat America de Mexico in the Mundial de clubes. That being said, I have no idea how this will end up for Guarin personally and pertaining to the National team. I have a gut feeling it will all lead towards a negative ending.
as much as i wanted Guarin to be a core member of the NT, the team proved hand over fist between 2012-2014 that he was not pertinent and in the games he did play, he didn't deliver and it pains me to come to this conclusion b/c i was such a fanboy of his when flourished at Porto the year they won the Europa League and expected big things from him after that. he could have been a top box-box midfielder for us, but between 1. not getting enough minutes under pekerman pre 2014 world cup 2. disappearing in games when given the opportunity (red card in paraguay WCQ game and Brazil game in 2014 WC) he was a classic case of not being a fit into a system. i will say that he was probably on paper one of the best Colombian midfielders, but just not one of the RIGHT ones to use.
Pues no ha encajado en el medio campo de ningún equipo si a eso vamos, en porto no era titular indiscutible, y prácticamente en ningún lado lo ha sido. Simplemente tiene más falencias que virtudes. Algo que parece recurrente en los jugadores colombianos.

Looks like the same team linked with Guarin is also linked with Ramires from Chelsea. Could you imagine a Chinese team with that sorta midfield? Also Gervinho is linked with a Chinese Club so the League is really waving around the green stuff this transfer window.
I guess we're going to have to stay up kinda late to watch that league ? Or at some odd time of the day ?
