FYI Totti is technically a free agent that can be signed to a one game contract in case of a cl final

 

You can o my sign players within the window, free agents or not? And you need to register players for the champions league at the start of the season with changes possible after the winter window to account for new signings.

You can sign him for the league, I don't think you can add someone above 21 to the CL list .

 

If above being 21 is against the rules, I could imagine what it would be for a player above 41....
