I caught this on the NWSL Wikipedia page. "The league has operated without a full-time commissioner since Jeff Plush resigned on March 2, 2017. Amanda Duffy, hired in December 2016 as the league's managing director of operations, has served as the public face of league management since Plush's resignation, and the position of commissioner has remained vacant."
Had to try out my Google ninja skills and found this Former NWSL Commissioner Jeff Plush to head BHSC Global Properties, a new sports/media/entertainment/marketing partnerships firm.— Ian Thomas (@byIanThomas) April 27, 2017
This is more of a "Where were they then". A rare intersection of Rapids and non-league football history. OTD Agogogoal! http://www.chesterchronicle.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/best-goal-ever-scored-deva-13783275
Nice article from Howler on Ballouchy and other MLS players working at a refugee camp in Jordan: https://www.whatahowler.com/finding-common-bond-soccer-celebrations-zaatari-refugee-camp/

That's really young to have a stroke. He sure had some exciting games and scored some amazing goals for the Rapids. I wish him the very best on his speech rehabilitation and recovery. One quote from the article jumped out: But after experiencing such highs with football, Agogo admits that the world is a lonelier place since his stroke. “Now nobody gets in touch with me,” he said with smile. I wonder if there's an address where we could send cards?
I suggested C38 send him something and they're going to talk about it at the leadership meeting later this month

Stop me if you've heard something like this from JJ before... "Galaxy is one of the biggest franchises in MLS but the supporters only support the big players, not the club"- JJ WOW— MLS Transfers (@MLSTransfers) November 30, 2017
I was amused at all his hyping of LigaMX but he’s right about how the Salary cap inhibits MLS from competing in Champions League
Yes, I expected to post an update in the next day or so. C38 decided to go ahead and reached out to the Rapids to see if they wanted to be involved, which they did. I then tracked down contact info for Junior and have emailed him and gotten his address. C38 will be posting the details in the next couple of days but we're going to give people a chance to leave messages for him that we'll put in the care package C38 and the Rapids are putting together and we'll mail it to him in London.
