Yeah weight is hard to get rid off, and you are right, having kids often leads to weight gain. I gained 30 pounds after my back injury. Was hard to lose those lol
Don't worry about it man. The dad body is In!!!! Haha yea I travel a lot for work and work long hours. Gained a lot of weight. I also hate vegetables. My wife makes me veggie juice for breakfast as I don't normally have time to eat in the morning. After a few drinks I actually like it and no longer drink soda or beer. Lost so so much weight. She is also a no GMO and everything organic freak. So everything in our house is supposed to be healthier. Lost about 20 pounds but think it is mostly because I don't drink soda or beer tho.
Yeah crzd, age is hard. Just 5 years ago I didn't have to work out to have muscular definition. I now have to kill myself and still have freaking gut flab. And I'm not even 40 yet
Haha when I hit 25 it's like wait I have to work to have abs... And why do my shits stink like this now!!! My body is giving up !!! Haha. But no seriously juicing is pretty good option and check your portions.
It's hard to not eat when all you do is commute and no walking in the city. I remember when I stayed in colombianfor 3 months I lost 35 pounds. Given I was 18 but my diet was Perros calientes, hamberguesas, lintejas, sancocho, arroz con bistec, y guaro sin azucar.
I remember the year after I graduated college I lived on South Beach for a year and had a Colombian joint with a $5 Bandeja Paisa special...I still haven't recovered from the massive weight gain that insued and that was 13 years ago...
Haha that's the dog I have I have become a massive fan of pulled pork BBQ. Every time I go to NYC I go to Mighty Quinn's.
I kinda crave lechona sometimes, haven't had it since I left Bogota years ago. Not sure what it is about it but I really enjoyed it when I had it
They sell a canned version of it that is not half bad. If somebody is travelling, ask them to bring you a couple of cans.
Has anyone ever had a panocha? Think it's slang for vag but it's also a awesome Pastry from el Carmen de Bolivar that my family always brings me. Drinking Colombian coffee(shit has me crazy wired and paranoid like I have spider sense.
