Says he hasn't chosen his international destination:

“I haven’t yet declared who I will commit to internationally,” Balogun began. “I was born in New York, so can play for the USA. My parents were born in Nigeria and I have been in England since I was two years old, so I can play for both those countries too!

“I have several youth caps playing for England and I enjoy their style of play which is similar to Arsenal’s. I will be discussing matters with my parents and will then decide.”

Started and scored again for the U18s.

Do we have any chance with this kid? How stacked is the young English striker pool?

Scored a PK, but they lost 3-1:

Monterrey took the lead but Arsenal equalised when Balogun, who was born in the United States, was fouled in the area and stepped up to score the resultant spot-kick.

If he was born 1 day later, he’d HAVE to play for us.

Hard to keep up today given how quickly he's rifling in the goals.

He should consider going out on loan somewhere. He’s not getting first team minutes with Arsenal and he’s not improving as fast by blowing the doors off academy sides.

I don’t think he’ll end up in a USA shirt but it would be a huge coup if he did.

Arsenal don't usually loan out players that young unless it's fairly obvious that they don't have a significant future at the club. Exception here for Reiss Nelson.
