The Fire should have done everything possible to keep him as a coach. He has all of the qualities to be great. He had great experience. He was a great communicator. He seemed to really relish teaching. Sure, he is an assistant with the U-18 German team, but he could be so much more. Arne was just pure class. Too bad his back just gave out on him in 2013, and right after obtaining a green card.
Only if we had an owner that cared about his team. We could of had ex-players like Arne, Razov, Armas Thorrington, Nowak etc.....still part of this team. Maybe once the team is SOLD they (new owner) will bring back these players.
