That's the game (actually the game was pretty much lost the moment Paunovic turned in his line-up). Gordon out, Campos in. Paunovic's substitutions have been stupid. Take out Gordon for Katai at half time. Take out Conner for Bronico in the 60th minute (would have avoided the red). Take out Collier for Campos now. Dan Kelly should just shut up. Frank Klopas should just shut up, as well.
I wonder how scientific these hydration breaks really are. Like how hydrated can you get in a minute or two versus just drinking alit after the game is over?
It can make a huge difference. It is as much about providing a breather, allowing metabolism to adjust, avoiding overheating, as it is about hydration.
Idiotic play by Campbell. No reason for the foul. Easy penalty decision for the ref. Ziegler taking the penalty.
Bronico with a goal. Decent shot, while wide open. The way they are licking his ass (even on the website), you would think he was Kevin De Bruyne.
Well, that was 2 hours and 3 minutes of my life wasted, and I am not wasted. I guess it is better than spending 2 hours and 3 minutes stuck in traffic.
For people with ESPN+, there is the Manny Pacquiao v. Lucas Matthysse fight on tonight, live from Malaysia. It was supposed to be on PPV, but Pacquiao's promoters failed to register the PPV in time, so it is only on in the US on ESPN+. They could not even get it on HBO or ESPN or NBCSN. Oops.
You can still listen to the music of your choice while watching the Fire. I was listening to Vertically Challenged by Lady Soveriegn once Dan Kelly and Frank Klopas pissed me off enough.
Whoever watched this match instead of the Red Stars lost big time. Like, wow this game had everything. Love, betrayal, a hero emerges as a villain near the end of the first act, and good and justice prevail in the end. Just an absolute thrill ride. Anyway, how'd the Fire do?
I guess we will have to pin our hopes on the USOC, that is why we started a USL2 team tonight in Dallas.
Here was the starting line up (and this is actually true) for tonight's Fire team: Gordon Johnson---bakaro---collier Tchani-----Adams Vincent-Campbell- Kap-Conner Sanchez Tell me how they did. It was as ugly as one might expect
I did half watch the game, but I skipped the second half since the Red Stars game was heating up and I needed to be free to scream at the ref and boo Rapinoe. Annoyed that they took Bakero off so early. If we were punting the game, keep him on and rest the good players. Give him his goddamn chance.
So wow... I watched this sh*t show yesterday afternoon and it was pretty awful. While I didn't hear the game time temperature it looked hot as hell and if 20 something's were dogging it that much I can only guess it was brutal. No one impressed me and I have been wanting to see a few of those guys get some time. Bronico increased the liveliness some but overall this was awful.
