Man, I didn't really clue in that Kinnear went 4-1-1, with his only loss being that last game 2nd half collapse. Gonna be hard to match his record, not that that is the expectation. But still, he kind of made a strong case for himself to be the head guy. Anyway, it is good they kept him on staff.
I don't like Porter and I'm very glad we got GBS. Significantly more upside to Guillermo, imho. And I don't care about Porter, but I am glad that Columbus franchise was saved, and want to see Gyasi do well.
I think we still need a GK coach. Last year's coach returned to the Union and GBS' GK coach last year stayed at Boca Jrs

Lala’s on Melrose? I haven’t eaten there in 9 years though. Things change fast in LA dining. Edit to add - I’m not super rich so consider this a “reasonably priced” recommendation. There are surely more expensive options that are even better.

I'm not sure how well this system is suited for our players. If we get a new Dmid, then his system is -----------------Zlatan------------------ Kamara---------------------Alessandrini -----------Lletget-----JDS----------------- -----------------Dmid---------------------- It gets the necessary attacking power out there and we should be able to control the center of the field, but there is a lot of space on the wings and our outside backs are not the strength of the team. And Kamara is more useful if he's more towards the center of the field so if he cheats that way, it leaves even more open space wide. On defense, the Boca system was -----------------------Zlatan-------------------------- Kamara-----Lletget-----JDS-----Alessandrini -----------------------Dmid-------------------------- With Zlatan applying pressure and the 4 man line restricting passing lanes. But Zlatan can't play high pressure for 90 minutes and this puts a lot of pressure on Kamara and Alessandrini to get back after pushing high. If these things don't happen, then again our defense is going to be in trouble.
