That's not my ranking. It is an screen shot of ELO Ranking. I couldn't have the whole list because it didn't fit in screen. You can check them here. ELO considers the geographical location not association.

Elo Ranking +30 for Lebanon

 

ELO doesn't separate countries in its ranking list by the Confederations to which they belong.
It separates them by the continents to which they belong (or at least parts of them). About those 3 Uefa teams, most of Russia's and Turkey's territory is in Asia (they also appear in Europe's list), while Israel is completely in Asia (they don't appear in Europe's list)

And Australia doesn't belong to Asia, reasons why they aren't in this list.

 

Lebanon global ranking is 115 and AFC ranking is 20.

 

Yeah the ELO bases their regions on geographic boundaries, not FIFA boundaries. Hence why Russia and Turkey are included (most their land mass is actually within Asia). Same as Kazakhstan and Israel (which are both in UEFA). Australia falls under Oceania in ELO. A little bit annoying!

Proud of our 27th place with the flag behind it. If we beat Syria next November, we will break into the top 20 teams in the world. This is only the result of our consistency the past few 5 years.

 

To be fair - I don't think that's their list - it comes copied straight from the Elo website.

They did add Australia and remove Turkey from their summary comments at the top.
