Tell somebody within EA to ignore the fact Bartusiak wears the captains armband for Germany, and just watch her play once. ANY GAME, just once lol. I know in the grand scheme it's not that important, but it would be rather amusing (at least to me) seeing her rating plummet on the back of any genuine analysis.
I think you really like this, the NWSL is coming to FIFA 16! I do still need some data analyzers still, who can give me feedback on ratings. Please contact me about this!
This is awesome. By the way, is that Sesselmann with the Dash at 2:58? She no longer plays for the Dash. Here's their current roster .......... http://www.houstondynamo.com/players/squad/dash
Women's club teams in FIFA 17? It could be happening. I don't know how legit this is, so take it with a gigantic truckload of salt for now.
I'm crossing my fingers so hard but -maybe it's because its the english or US version- it's weird that they didn't put a club like Lyon in the picture for women, are you sure it's not fanmade ?
Lyon or any German club, for that matter. But remember, even in FIFA 16, they included some WNTs (e.g. Mexico) while excluding others (e.g. Norway) in decisions seem more tuned to what players familiar with the men's game would expect to see, rather than what what fans familiar with the women's game would find more appropriate. If early advertisements use women's teams associated with EPL teams rather than advertise with traditional WoSo powerhouses, that wouldn't surprise me at all. Though I AM surprised at how the Boston Breakers are shown over several other possible NWSL teams... Maybe that's in the ad simply because the team has the longest history? Still odd.
An explanation that I heard was that because Boston didn't have that many internationals, all the players that they needed to do scans and stuff were all available. Or this could all be just an elaborate hoax and that pic was a fan creation. I don't know.
That almost sounds backwards... I would think a team with a ton of internationals that were already in one of the 12 WNTs previously included would've been more attractive... Like, get Portland or DC. Boston even only has one USWNT player, so where would they have the scans for the rest of the team? If they went to Boston to do scans, why not travel elsewhere? This is, of course, assuming this has been in the works and they're relying on FIFA16. If they did the scans this week, would make more sense. But still, the only WNT players missing this week would be USWNT players, and those are already logged, so again: why not travel elsewhere for scans?

http://www.vavel.com/en-us/videogam...ver-athletes-introduce-womens-club-teams.html It seems like it's actually going to be a thing. And I'll be buying that sucker on Day 1.
Looks like only 16 women's national teams (from 12 last year), so an increase of 4 new teams this time around. But that's okay if they're focusing more time on "club" this year. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/new-team-fifa-17-leaked-7603059 --------------- Last year, FIFA introduced female football teams onto the game for the very first time. In total, 12 national teams were included but it has been reported that the amount of teams would be increased to 16. There is no suggestion that they will include Women's Super League teams yet. ----------------
Supposedly a bunch of Japanese teams will be in FIFA 17, including 18 club teams. It would only make sense that Japan would have their men's and women's team in the game. http://www.polygon.com/2016/6/25/12029642/fifa-17-japan-soccer-league-teams
Japan, Norway, Netherlands, and Switzerland look like they are for sure in FIFA 17. Norway is the only team that has officially been confirmed by EA Sports however. They finally did acknowledge Ada Hegerberg's tweet when probed about it. South Korea and New Zealand had also been rumored at one time or another. South Korea is a video game market. We're looking at either 16 or 20 national teams, as I doubt they would expand to 24 yet. We'd be hearing more rumors on other national teams, if they planned on expanding from 12 to 24. Regardless of who they add, it's not looking good for any African women's national teams. There just aren't enough African gamers or African residents who'd be interested in playing with the women's team. Japan and Norway were badly needed though. Netherlands and Switzerland (Miedema, Melis, and Bachmann) are also great additions.
