For the first time in a while there is a legit change that Barca won't make it out of the group-stage. Go for the win, obviously. But this is a must-not-lose match.

Inter has been running hot apparently. Not sure how they are actually playing though. Win is a must here because I see a loss away at Inter.

I have a sour leftover taste from JoseMou's Inter.
We need this win to show that we still have it !

Damn, no Firpo and no Alba. So either Semedo (most likely) or Roberto likely starts at left back, with the other at right back. Sure, we could start Wague, but hard to see Valverde not picking Roberto... At least Wague should make the squad for once (he's on 20 man squad above which needs to be trimmed to 18, Junior's injury means only 1 more to trim, likely Alena).

Otherwise Umtiti and Fati are also injured along with Alba and Junior. Good to see Messi and Dembele in squad but don't expect either to start.

    Most likely see this:

    Ter Stegen;
    Roberto, Piqué, Lenglet, Semedo
    De Jong, Busquets, Arthur
    Pérez, Suárez, Griezmann

Same group so I'm all for posting about the match since it will impact Barca.
    A draw would be ideal.

Agree that we can post about that fixture here. That's been our standing tradition for the group stages where the other result is important to us, other than that all other scores in the Other Teams Thread in case folks are "taping" and planning to watch later.

Welcome back Leo, sorry Carles Pérez, perhaps we'll see you and/or Ousmane later in the match.

Pique pressed high up midfield ball sort of bounced in the area he left from and Martinez latched on putting the ball away far post. Lenglet closed him down but Martinez got the shot off.

Oh yeah ... and it was Roberto's fault.

I can already see Messi gonna ignore Semedo all night long. We gonna try to force it through the middle.

That was harsh on Pique. He got the ball cleanly there.

I'd say Dembele will need to come in ... but he probably gets injured warming up.

We should go for Dani Alves on loan in the winter.
