Farewell Idol

    series finale tonight. Great,great group of singers this year. I think half of the past winners wouldn't have made the top 4 this year. I also think the two finalists might be the two best singers Idol has ever had. Trent's falsetto is completely money. LaPorsha never, ever misses a note. She has a big voice but she doesn't pummel songs until they cry for mercy. She has her voice serve the melody rather than the other way around.

    I think LaPorsha will win based on her excellence throughout the season. However, I think she played it a little safe last night and that Trent had a marginally better night. Also, Idol history is that girl voters often choose 2nd best cute boys. LaPorsha was supposedly bottom two when Mackenzie was eliminated.
