http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Squadre/Milan/20-07-2013/kobe-milan-bryant-milanello-ho-milan cuore-20811959152.shtml Kobe Bryant is a great supporter of the AC Milan..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drew_Carey Drew Carey "has worked as a photographer at U.S. National Team soccer games, is a minority owner of the Major League Soccer team Seattle Sounders FC."
Spike Lee has been seen in Arsenal gear and he's been spotted at Red Bull games and supposedly even had season tickets to Inter Milan a few years ago ... he also worked on the USA World Cup committee. I think it's safe to say his fandom goes further than the average celeb who'll claim to be a fan of some Euro club just because it's cool, but they couldn't name a player if they had to.
Jackman's not American, right? If we can include foreigners who happen to be celebrities in the US and who also like soccer, you could probably include almost all of them.
Nah, hes Australian. Just thought I mentioned him since he was a celebrity that was a fan of a MLS team that wasn't NY or LA. That doesn't come often, lol. Plus like I said theres a rumor he may be involved with the team.
President Obama supports West Ham United. He's not the first president to seriously love soccer; George H.W. Bush played for Yale and appointed one of his college teammates to be ambassador to Trinidad & Tobago. There are probably quite a few soccer fans in the NBA, even just among its American players. Jason Kidd, at least, has watched MLS since its first season. There were a decent number of soccer-playing celebrities on the Hollywood United roster before they decided to become really competitive and jumped up to the PDL. Can't name any of them, though.
If by like you mean get high and play FIFA ... If that's the standard I'd guess more than half of the NBA, NFL and many people in the hip hop world are soccer fans.
Ive seen pictures of Snoop Dogg in United, Barcelona, Chelsea, Arsenal..you name it, he has probably worn it
Cameron Diaz supports Brentford. Stone Cold Steve Austin is a Torquay United fan. Samual L Jackson supports Liverpool. Will Ferrall is a Chelsea fan. Dave Grohl, Matt Damon, Katie Perry all West Ham fans.
snoop probably has one of the largest collection of soccer jerseys in the world. he gets on in every city he goes to (that has a team) and has gone on record many times saying that fifa got him into it and now he's on love with the game and watches all he can...so i think he qualifies.
Snoop as entertained investing in Celtic and even wanted to lead them out in the CL against Juve last year ... yeah, he's a fan.
Mostly, he's rusty. He was an all-state soccer player in high school, and by all accounts preferred soccer, but chose to play football in college because he had a better chance of going pro.
Dirk Nowitzki has lent some support to FC Dallas also, Brek is friends with Dez Bryant, though not sure if Dez spends much time thinking about soccer or not now that his buddy is gone
The Daily Show's,Jon Stewart, played soccer for the College of William & Mary. http://www.soccerblog.com/2007/02/jon_stewart_tds_host_and_socce.htm
