On my way to the Mine to watch Indy play out the string against mid-table Carolina. This is the second game of four in eleven days, and so one priority will be to avoid burnout and injuries with the playoffs looming. But it's also important to avoid another winless stretch like watching saw awhile back. I'm interested to see what changes Hank makes tonight.
Fairly low intensity half, but we created a few good chances and created a nice goal through Braun just before the half.
An emphatic if not particularly intense win, as Youla scores a late goal (and then gets a red card minutes later). Some nice play in the second half as Carolina pushed forward, leaving space behind for the Indy attack. The winless streak ends at three, and the unbeaten home record remains intact.
First half was very bleh, can't play like that against Edmonton and expect to win, but we looked much better in the second.
