On November 21 2010, Racing Levallois and UJA Alfortville announced plans to merge together, starting next season. However, the merger is dependent on Alfortville maintaining its spot in the Championnat National

This wont happen because theres no way UJA will survive relegation. Too bad because this seemed exciting. I hope Racing doesnt fade out and die.

Red Star are in better shape than Racing. They have a good chance for promotion to the National next year while Racing are close to the bottom of their CFA2 group. Racing just merged with Lavallois a few years ago so I dont know how this merger would effect that. I think I read that if Racing and Alfortville merge then Alfortville gets wiped out. They dont have much potential for growth anyway, they are just like Creteil. They only have like 8 pts is a 21 team National. Terrible.
