I’m more nervous for this game than any quarter/semi/final in my Spurs fandom. I’m not used to Spurs going in to matches at this stage of a tournament on equal terms with their opponent.
Still no Danny Rose or Lamela, other than that we're full strength. A big choice to be made - Son is in outstanding form but so are Alli and Eriksen, surely after the pasting we gave them at WHL it has to be the back 3 again and there's not room for them all. No Gary Cahill for Chelsea. Zouma to play, or a run out for the brave and loyal leader Mr Terry?

we were heavy favorites at this stage v Portsmouth a few years back ... we lost, of course. anyway, I'm about to head out on a four-hour drive, as my elderly aunt has passed, and I need to get down south for a memorial service. and that means, obviously, that I will not see it, and will spend two hours a nervous wreck as I motor down the interstate. that this day has been assigned to me as one of mourning cannot be a good omen, can it? to be honest though, she was a lovely old gal, and I'm sure she'd've wanted me to be happy as I remember her on this day. c'mon lads ... win this one for Aunt Velma!
