I have always carried the notion that soccer has the ability and responsibility to act as a force of good in the world. Clubs in Germany working to help refugees was a great sight for me. But this article covered three different places soccer has been used as a protest against oppressive wars/regimes/cultures. There have to be more. What's your favorite story about soccer being used as protest?
