Everton host Arsenal in a Wednesday evening match.

I had totally forgotten about this match until I luckily took a look at our upcoming fixtures today.

In the States, the match will be shown on Fox Soccer Channel at 4pm Eastern.

Arsenal have been playing well the last month, and enter the match on a five game winning streak in league play.

The bookies have made Arsenal slight favorites to win the match, not surprisingly.

I'm a bit more hopeful, though, and think we can pull off a draw.

    Prediction: Everton 1-1 Arsenal

Not going to be able to watch this today... Hopefully I can get a stream or radio or tracker up. Would like to see same side as last game out there to start... Let them have a go :)

I'm going to attempt to multi-task this afternoon and watch a bit and work on some status reports for clients - hopefully neither task is too intellectually demanding - otherwise, the game will have to be shut off.

Prediction: Everton 1-1 Arsenal. Blues goal by Jela's nice strike from the 18, Arsenal by RVP's PK.

Of course, once I see starting lineups, that could change ;->

Arsenal up 1-0, quick start for the Gunners, not so much for the Blues. Starting to see a couple of chances in the 15th min....

    Damn that incompetent linesman.

Drenthe was onside by at least a yard and yet they waive off his goal due to a supposed offside??

It should have been 1-1 just as some of us predicted.
