TBH it wasn't that bad, didn't warrant a booking though. Weir did push him a bit and there was a clash of knees, Ronaldo just went down a little too easy that's all.
He is babe! Do you not remember a few seasons back? Where he played upfront for us, even bagging a hat-trick and scoring them great goals at Bolton? I literally fell in love with the guy back then!
Sounds about right! Is anyone else getting this stupid Database Error screen every time they change screen?
You mean people actually post here now? I remember three years ago when I had to start conversations in here so there would actually be some traffic . . . damn, how'd you get 2500 posts in a year? How do you have that many hours in a day?
I watched this game yesterday after the Arse draw, and I've got to say I was completely impressed with Everton. The way the players held it together and didn't give in to the normal ManU crap was great. If Scholes had so blatantly kicked an Arsenal player like that, I guarantee you that there would have been punches thrown, but you guys handled it perfectly: no crying, just more football. Congrats to Everton! (Just don't feel you have to play that hard against the Arse in a couple of weeks, ok? )
Duncan Ferguson restores my hope for all mankind! Strength and courage will win through in the end. Can't help lovin that man! If only he would play for Scotland...
Couple of things after watching the highlights: 1. Did you see that bicycle kick from Cahill that nearly went in? Yeah, it was awesome. 2. Arteta's free kick for Duncan's goal was absolutely perfect. The more I watch this kid, the more I really love him. 3. Davey sure gave SAF a piece of his mind after Scholes' send off! It was pretty funny. I'll have more after I watch the whole match. Those were just my initial observations.
LOL! Even Red Nose wouldn't defend him. How Red Nose brought himself to defend Scholes is beyond me though.
I'm no good at reading lips ... were they speaking English or Scottish? Oh, well. At least I can watch this week's highlights on the fussy iMac at work.
man, been away all week those highlights were spot on. Dunc's goal was amazing. very funny to see the two managers jawing at each other. now let's beat Birmingham in 20 hours
