Tranmere have gone down hill sadly. I blame the current owner for the down turn. Just look at what he did when he was chairman of Everton.

You from Higher or Lower Bebington?

Nice to see another ex Wirral person here lol.

lower, right near the village and the church. My uncle owns High Class Florists right in the village there. been there for donkey's years. they have a store in higher beb and another in Eastham Rake too... Went to Wirral Grammar while I lived there. I've been in the US for 12 yrs and 11 months exactly today. crazy.

Im from Moreton Wirral I went to school in Oldershaw Wallasey. I then spent 6 years living in Northampton and eventually moved back to Wirral for about 14 months. I lived in a nice appartment facing the River Mersey in Birkenhead/Tranmere. I have been here in Kentucky for 1 year two months and 4 days lol.

Its been quiet here. Anyways what a good win against Villa that made me smile. Sadly I was too tired to watch it. I can't wait for the Everton v Newcastle game on Sunday. Sadly I hate delayed broadcasts I have to hide from the computer and not see the score so I can treat the match like a live match. I hope Jo scores against Newcastle now that will bring a smile to my face.

I don't usually like delayed broadcasts either but in this case I'm glad. I have a ref recert meeting from 8-1 and I figured I'd be missing the match.

And if the rumors that Setanta will be taken over by ESPN are true, we'll never get to watch Everton again. It'll just be Man U, Chelsea and Liverpool every week.

I was figuring (and hoping) that Arsenal would fade a little and not be one of the teams always shown. I guess I've seen from the way they talk about Newcastle still on Football Matters like they're Man U the 2nd despite being wretched, that Arsenal will also always be on.
