Hopefully we'll be getting a team with pink kits. Miami doesn't count. I'm betting they only use it as an accent color.

those are the only non AC Milan from Serie A that I'll let my kids get - mainly because they have so much character to them, typically.

 

The league has enough reds, blues, and whites. Let’s get some more color in the league.

 

I'm a Catania supporter, so seeing any team in pink makes me think of Palermo. Or a bunch of ballerinas.

I dunno but this franchise seems to be snakebit.

 

I mean, they're trying to play sports in Miami. That just doesn't work.

 

There are many natural spots in the West which people tread every day that have unsafe arsenic levels.

Montreal seems to have gotten a head start on the silly season. They fired their head coach, Rémi Garde, and hired Wilmer Cabrera. Maybe they think Cabrera will get them to the playoffs. Or maybe Cabrera is their man and they figured he'd be snatched up before the offseason. Still a weird move.

Agreed. The only difference is we didn't see another coach get fired, say "That's our guy.", and dump our coach to get said guy. That's gotta be a new one in MLS history.

 

Largely because Waibel doesn't know who "his guy" is and wouldn't have the speed to actually be able to pull that off if he did

 

I thought he tried to sign his guy, had everything done but the paperwork signed. Then the league stepped in and told us we couldn't do it.

Everybody needs to tune into Sounders and Timbers tonight.

Just got email from Army. Supporters sections for both teams will not sing, drums, or shout for first 33 minutes of game in honor of the anti-fascist signs that MLS (and both clubs) have banned.

There will be no tifo for the game that produces the best tifo of the year every year (which, without a doubt, has probably been close or already finished).

At 33 minutes they will start up the chanting.

If you hate racist. I suggest you tune in.

I thought they handled it well together. I had to laugh during the first 30 as the Stadium sound person kept playing a Let’s Go Timbers cheer, and nobody took it up.
