Who, I believe, is back on the books of Queretaro after not having his option exercised by the Rapids (he was loaned to Orlando, then traded to Colorado). But not in their plans.
LAFC trades 400k allocation for some guy...... https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2018...y-feilhaber-sporting-kc-400k-allocation-money
Wasn't sure if I was going to hate LAFC, but this confirms it. One of my favorite memories is beating KC a few months after he whined about RLS in a press conference and said: "They think they're something special, and they're not." One reason to like Klinsmann was that he didn't like Benny.
Dom just got a 3-year deal. I don't think our dreams of trading Yura for Dom are going to happen. https://www.orlandocitysc.com/post/...c-signs-forward-dom-dwyer-three-year-contract
Yeah, our hopes and dreams were crushed like Cleveland fans when the wide receiver dropped that ball on the last day of the NFL season.
Not sure where this goes, so feel free to move Mods. I like seeing a local kid on the 2018 Super Draft List. Anyone know anything about Paul Hoffmeister at UVU? There hare been some great players for UofU and BYU over the last few years, but I don't remember any of them being on this list. Not playing NCAA ball probably doesn't help...
ATL, on paper, look like an amazing team next season. Sad we don't get to see them in person at the RioT again, but maybe we can host them in the final. This signing is MASSIVE
Accam moving from Chicago to philly for $1.2M in GAM and TAM is pretty big. I’ve not ever seen Accam as that big of a player. Solid, but not an organization changer. So the $ surprises me.
Before last season Accam was a very solid player in a very poorly run team...looks like he'll be taking up that role once again.

If anyone is wondering if there were any good MLS policy changes lately, there is: https://www.reddit.com/r/MLS/comments/7t4f5j/destouches_the_transfer_amount_from_ballou_to/
Orlando acquires Meram from Columbus. https://www.orlandocitysc.com/post/2018/01/29/orlando-city-sc-acquires-justin-meram-columbus-crew-sc
wishful thinking Orlando isn't letting him go for cheap, if at all. Not after the production they put on just to get him there last year. Further, with signing Ortuno, do we really need/can afford Dwyer? Getting him purely to convince Sydney to come over is bad business.
Is it just me or does it seem like Orlando is making more moves than just about any other MLS team? I could look it up but wheres the fun in that? Orlando will either be really good or they are creating a recipe for disaster. Kreis is really rolling the dice if you ask me.
Kreis should just feel happy to have a job given Orlando's performances last year as the season wore on. That team did all of the RSL life-cycle of Kreis-Cassar in a single season. It was nuts. And yeah, Orlando seems the noisiest team this off season. I wouldn't say that's a good thing. They remind me of Euro teams that are just outside the "big" teams in their respective leagues that think the way to break that glass ceiling is by having ridiculous expectations and a short leash. Bet: Kreis is fired mid-season
We have a 2 million dollar man to offer in return. Seems like we'd be on the losing end of the trade here. They'd be stupid to reject it.
I'd be surprised if Orlando's looking to ship Dwyer after losing/selling Larin to Besiktas. Maybe Kreis could be convinced that he's got the magic touch to get Yura producing again, I guess, but I bet they're looking to add strikers, not trade any away.
