We still have deficiencies but Mancini has them playing together. We lack creativity in midfield. We do not even have a free kick specialist. It is a solid side but far from a powerhouse.

Our corner kicks are goofy too. too many short corners. mind you one of them had sweet passing play to an Insigne wide shot

We're winning on a consistent basis which is good regardless of who we play. We haven't experienced this in a long time and it's great for morale and confidence.

Call me crazy, but I love the green jersey. As for the game, Greece really made it ugly for over 60 minutes. Once the penalty was converted, the game opened up more. I thought Berna did very well once he came on.

I would assume that Mancini plays a very experimental/young side on Tuesday. I expect to see Tonali, Zaniolo, Di Lorenzo, and maybe Meret get in the starting lineup.

The concern is we lack dynamism in attack, especially if you start Immobile. As I don't see a true reliable #9 emerging before season's end, this will be an issue at the Euros. If it were me, I'd play our most talented three (Chiesa, Insigne, Bernardeschi) in attack, utilizing one as a false nine and hope their collective quality produces goals.

Otherwise, we have an abundance of options in the midfield and the defense will be strong when Chiellini returns.

Some little French guy is captain for gli Azzurri today. Bunch of kids getting thrown out there.

It is pouring cats & dogs in Lichtenstein. They also use the same tune as the Brits for their national anthem. No composers in that little country?

Even when we are full strength, we lack to ability to carve opposition open. No matter the opponent

After that fast start, boring half. Of course, with Lichtenstein having all 10 in their penalty area, difficult to get something going.

Any team with a half decent counter attack will beat us

The mentality of always trying to score inside the penalty area is killing us. Need some bombs from afar to open up their defense as they have packed it in with all 10 of their field players.

Great ball from Cristante. This is what we need to see from a midfielder.

Spain struggling again today, losing 1:0 to Sweden with a few minutes left.

    5-0. FT

    8/8

There were better Italy teams in the past who never had this record so I'm happy for Mancini.
