The only thing ridiculous about him is how much he cost Everton in this ridiculous transfer market...
When it affects the balance sheet. Stan Kroeber is the owner. The guys track record with winning anything of significance is abysmal as an owner. He's never cared about winning, only how much his teams earn. Arsene Wenger is the perfect manager for him.

The following lower level teams have made it to the first round of the FA Cup: AFC Telford United 6 Billericay 7 Chelmsford 6 Chorley 6 Dartford 6 Gainsborough Trinity 6 Hereford FC 6 Heybridge 8 Hyde 8 Kidderminster Harriers 6 Leatherhead 7 Nantwich Town 6 Oxford City 6 Shaw Lane 7 Slough Town 6 Truro City 6
One of my roommates in England was from Stourport which is Kidderminster's rival. I boo Kidderminster. On a side note, she sent me a picture of her daughter being dropped off at college. It's amazing how much kids look like their parents sometimes.
7th level Leatherhead won their replay vs. Billericay 3-1, and advance to the second round of the FA Cup. They join 6th level Hereford FC, Oxford City, and Slough Town in the next round.
Yep! I watched too. McKennie v Pulisic was a total dud pretty much. Tedesco got his personnel decisions wrong to start, but a brave double change 30 mins in, and his third at the half completely changed the game. Also, Zagadou makes Mensah look world class. That guy is total garbage.
Watched Koln v Hertha today. Was absolutely blown away by the fans singing "mer stonn zo dir" before kickoff. It was amazing. I haven't been to Cologne for decades, but it is one of my favorite cities. I once saw Koln play Leverkusen at the old Mungersdorfer Stadion. Sure they'll be relegated. But now that I'm about to become a Eurosnob, I may have found my new favorite club.
It is quite an experience to be riding in a tram to the stadium with folks singing it. Of course, that's the big Derby game with my Gladbach team, but I've also always enjoyed Cologne--particularly as I once lived there in my student days--which was the year Koeln won the double.
