Yes it is. At least MLS will provide me with fair, quality refs soon.

Well, we do have that Video Assistant Replay stuff going on in pre-season. Allegedly they're using it in the cup competition the Crew are in.

The new Dispatch guy had a tweet about it (I'd go get it for you, but I'm staying away from Twitter since I'm waiting to watch the ManU game with my brother once he gets off work) and what all it entails. I asked if since it included review of goals if that meant offside allegations on goals as well. He wasn't sure and was going to investigate.

    lol

It's my brother's favorite team - I've yet to declare an actual allegiance - I'm a heretic. I do support United, but mostly through my brother.

Well done Lincoln. The magic is still there.

Terrible game mind and burnley are 12th best team in england? The looked like a pub team at times.

Were they playing their reserves?? That often happens in cup matches.

Looked like quite a strong Burnley team but they had made six changes from their Chelsea 1-1 last week

Not surprised. Too loyal to some players this season.

Players need a good shoeing as well.

Are you kidding? Guy takes you from promotion to the title and you aren't surprised he was sacked?

    Promotion?

    1) Considering we haven't scored in the league in about 10 hours.
    2) He persisted in playing the same back 4 which, this season, has been atrocious and makes stupid mistakes. Every game.
    3) Continued to pick out of form players despite saying that he was thinking really hard about dropping them.
    4) Player signings this season haven't really panned out. Especially with the cost of the players. Bought too many wingers midfielders and forwards whilst only signing a Centre back from Spain, and then proceeded to play him at right back, to help the back 4 out. The three centre backs in the squad at the start of the season had a combined age of about 100.
    5) Team manages to concede two goals in 5 minutes about every game.
    6) 5 league wins all season.
    7) No real cohesion in tactics. Bizarre substitutions.
    8) Oh. Crappy tactics and team selection in the FA Cup.
    9) Team is in freefall. Cannot see where the next league goal, never mind point is coming from.

So no. I am not surprised he was sacked.

Especially as we cannot sack the players - Who, as stated above, have been a disgrace this season. Completely lost their focus - Which comes back to the manager.

Worth mentioning that one of the players from this farcical Leicester season was preferred (out of his natural position!) over Jonathan Mensah for Ghana!!!

    Woooooooo!

And said player couldn't get into our inept back 4 at either centre or right back.

Maybe he should have done based on what you said about the back four

Did you read anything I wrote ?

Too many players thinking they have to just turn up.

A lot of them didnt want Ranieri on the first place. Player power.

Nope. But seeing as he has dragged another mediocre midtable team to the top of the league, he is definitely the best player in the world.

But that doesn't excuse the rest of the idiots and the way they have played.

Oh. And for a Chelsea fan to make that comment.

Remind me. How long did it take them to sack Di Matteo after he won the Champions League?

I didn't agree with the sacking of Di Matteo but the club didn't think he was a "big" enough name, even with winning the CL.

As for the rest, I saw first hand what happens when players no longer want the gaffer around multiple times with Chelsea. I just didn't think the players would want to get rid of Ranieri bad enough to potentially get sent back down.

I will tell you I have a few cases of beer riding on their relegation.
