Have also received refund mails yesterday.

 

Got "your refund was successful" email few days ago but still I see no money...

 

Doesn't sound like a refund to me lol

 

My refund actually showed up on my credit card today. I got the email 5 days ago.

 

Has anyone else just received the inital email about a refund, but nothing more and no money on the cc yet?

 

I got the refund a week after the emails.

Yeah, it's a disgrace. I wonder how much money UEFA made in interest by holding these fees for months.

 

I still didn't get the refund (I guess due to my CC was expired). Who should I contact? I tried to call and send an email without getting a reply.

Good to see I'm not the only one with that problem. I assume the refund to my cc also failed, but haven't heard anything ever since. Send and email two weeks ago and still no reply.

When buying tickets on fifa, after submitting the code, the response comes back, SOMETHING WENT WRONG etc.....
Does this mean the tickets have gone??

 

haven't worked that one out yet. The other message is 'someone was quicker' and they go grey. Don't really know why the 'something went wrong appears' - but i keep trying again when that happens

 

i haven't read all the thread this year, wasn't intending to go the WC. Has anyone discovered a quicker way to snatch the tickets like refreshing etc last time around

 

I think it just means it's busy when the SORRY message comes up. I tried for France Belgium and got them in basket to checkout straight away

 

This thread is about the EURO 16 not the WC 18...
