I was in Barcelona during the final. It was our Last night there. We were staying in the gothic quarter and looked for a bar within the many little narrow streets/alleys. Found one That had mostly French dudes. We met a nice guy from Finland. Power in the bar and for that matter the whole area goes out. We look for another bar and end up at a cafe nearby that served beer. The cafe was packed and there were people from all over the world. I talked to an Italian dude that looked like Andres Guardado with the curly hair, asked him if he knew guardis and he said no. Lol. Met a Canadian dude and a guy from Cali who was backpacking. After the game we go to the Canadian dudes hotel room overlooking la rambla to drink a few beers and then to bar hop. During our bar crawl we meet a bachelorette party from England and get into a club nearby where we party till 5:30. We didn't make it back to our hotel till 6 am We pass out, I wake up around 9 and my wife and I scramble to put our lives together and make our flight to Venice at 11:30 am. Such a great experience watching the euro final with people from all over. One of the craziest and best nights of my life
