Ethan on the bench today in the 2nd leg of their Champions League 2nd Qualifying Round game already up 5-0 on aggregate from last week. I'm guessing they just want to work in the other GK?

Huge game for him, will be exciting if he does well.

Nice result for Molde on the road but the Norwegian club had a man advantage for about 30 minutes due to a Dinamo Zagreb red card.

I know that some articles say that, but I think that Machado got a red card for flipping the bird to the fans after he was substituted, so Zagreb got to play with 11.

Why was Mechado flipping off his own fans and why were supporters whistling at him so heavily beforehand? Seems odd. I take it there's clearly friction between the two that probably predates today's match.

Horvath starting the return leg today, as well ... arguably Molde's biggest game of the year.

    No Gatt, of course.

2-3 in the 64' with 2 missed pens for Molde. Unlucky.

3-3 76', Molde down a man, needing a goal. Sweeper keeper time!

I have been watching the whole time. Horvath has made so many saves. A couple were great but then put in on the rebound. Molde has missed two PK's. It's 3-3 in the game 4-4 on aggregate but Molde are down to 10 men and need ONE MORE Goal!! Fun game to watch!!

Another incredible save by Ethan off a wicked deflection. He's been called on to do great things and I think he has delivered!

He has been really good. For those not watching he was not at fault for any of the goals. He did everything he could! Molde should be up two right now.

They're officially out, but Horvath looks like a great prospect.

Edit: They continue on in Europa! I had forgotten that.

Yup!! Europa League Playoffs. Would be great exposure for Horvath, (maybe Gatt too?)!!

Glad to see this some of our younger keepers abroad stepping up.

Competition on the Olympic team will be fierce.

Hopefully, others can see the highlights here.

    Two thoughts:
    1. Perhaps this is harsh, but I felt Horvath should've managed to parry the initial shot away before the third goal.
    2. I think the Dinamo keeper should've gotten a straight red for DOGSO on PK #3.

Tough, tough draw but I like it. If his draw is anything similar to the Dinamo -- watch out! I love that Horvath is getting this experience. It going to serve him well down the road.

They do still have Europa league, so possibly just resting. He was really busy in the last CL game and seemed to prove a starting capability.
