Listed as a midfielder on a recent U15 roster: Ernesto Espinoza (Club Tijuana; San Ysidro, Calif.) http://www.ussoccer.com/news/u-15-boys/2013/10/131023-30-player-ntc-camp.aspx Played for our U14s in August. http://www.ussoccer.com/news/u-14-n...s-to-la-galaxy-u15-u16s-and-club-tijuana.aspx The Mexican Fed lists him as '99 Ernesto Espinoza Tapia.
Looks like both players on current invite to U15 national camp from Tijuana at one point played for Nomads Academy before leaving to Tijuana, so they are from San Diego... http://www.dallascup.com/teams/38684592/42692509-38684635/TEAM.html
Called in again, this time to a smaller group that will play in the in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy Winter Showcase: Ernesto Espinoza (Club Tijuana; San Ysidro, Calif.) http://www.ussoccer.com/news/u-15-boys/2013/11/131125-u15-bnt-winter-showcase-roster-rel.aspx
Called into the U19s: http://www.ussoccer.com/stories/201...nt-to-compete-in-group-b-at-2016-slovakia-cup
Registered with Tijuana's U17s this season http://www.ligamx.net/cancha/jugador/92728/ernesto-espinoza-vazquez He's one of a few 99s who have been called up to the US U19s so far this cycle. If he's a standout among the Tijuanamericans of his age bracket, I'd say there's a chance he could get some run with their U20s by the end of the year.
Scored for U17s today: Second half resumes in Monterrey with Club Tijuana's Under-17 team taking on @Rayados. @MoeEspinoza also scored. pic.twitter.com/qXqh1od8tn— Xolos (@xolos_en) September 10, 2016
They don't give us rosters anymore, but we know he's playing with the U17s today... 40th Min. @MoeEspinoza nearly scores but the @Tuzos GK makes the save #GoXolos pic.twitter.com/YkntGTPaSW— Xolos (@xolos_en) September 17, 2016 @bungadiri @Friedel'sAccent Let's move to YA Academy.

And the 1st goal in the highlights is his: https://www.facebook.com/youthsoccerUSA/posts/10154169060558123
Espinoza finished the 2016 Apertura with 15 appearances (13 starts) for Tijuana U17, scoring two goals. He had another four starts and a goal in the U17 playoffs. He's currently listed as unregistered, but I am skeptical that he's leaving since he's been a long-time regular starter for Tijuana youth teams and seems to be reasonably well regarded in USSF YNT circles.

The U20 category of Club Tijuana started the 2017 Apertura with a resounding 5-2 win against La Celeste Azul de la Cruz Azul. William Alarcón opened the scoring in the first minute of the game to overtake the Celestes. Alarcón himself increased the visitors 'advantage to 8', when he converted 2-0. Al 42 ', César Crespo came to the area and shot to goal, his shot was on the line but the rear cross sent the netzulina to the back of the net for 1-2. Still seems to be with Tijuana, on the U20s: http://sub20.ligamx.net/cancha/jugador/92728/eyJpZENsdWIiOiA1NX0=/ernesto-espinoza-vazquez
He's no longer with Tijuana, according to the Liga MX database. Given his USYNT pedigree, maybe he'll pop up with a USL team.
He was (maybe he is still with them, although his website does not have much information) with Chula Vista FC, amateur team.
